Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As a small shop, we take care to package each item carefully before it heads your way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT)
Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, and other customs fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it may be returned to us. In this case, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking
All international orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
